ARCHITECTURAL STUDY

After taking into account your preferences and requirements, we will create an architectural study, where we will apply the information we have obtained in previous consultations from the very beginning. We will then integrate your comments and suggestions, which will be taken into account within the layout and exterior of the house. The architectural study will present the graphic positioning and visual appearance of the building on the plot and will serve as the basis for the planning permission.

PROJECT FOR TERRITORIAL DECISION AND BUILDING DECISION

After approval of the architectural study, we will prepare the project for obtaining a zoning permit and building permit. The project will include all necessary professions and will meet the requirements of the building authority and the complexity of your construction. Our project documentation includes not only architecture, but also other professions such as health, electrical, HVAC, structural, fire protection and energy assessment. The project will have an accompanying report and drawings. This type of project is required to obtain a building permit from the building authority.

IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

The detailed design is an important part of the construction process as it allows the total cost of the construction to be calculated. In addition, it provides a detailed insight into all aspects of the construction so that the risk of major problems during implementation can be minimised.

INTERIOR STUDY

We will prepare an interior study for you, taking into account your preferences and requirements that we obtained during the consultation. We will then use this knowledge to create a graphic output of the interior with visualizations.
