Townhouse in nature

Kežmarok

The terraced houses are designed with a demanding emphasis on high standard of living. The key objective of the investor was to achieve the most efficient use of the layout, which is the cornerstone of the entire concept. Successful planning and optimum organisation of space were therefore inherent steps in the design of these houses. The correct orientation of the living rooms was another important aspect of the concept, where every detail was thought out with comfort and functionality in mind. The result is a natural flow of light and optimum use of the sun's rays, which contributes to a pleasant atmosphere in every room. The cross-ventilated kitchen and living room form an exceptional contribution to the design. The aesthetic design of the series of ten connected houses is aligned with a modern look and elegant style. The alternation of the flat roof with the pitched roof adds an exceptional character to the whole structure. The timber windows and entrance doors are in keeping with the higher standard, which complements the elegance of the houses while contributing to the overall quality. The southern façade of the houses is dominated by deep loggias, which not only aesthetically enrich their appearance, but also practically extend the living space of the rooms on the upper floor. In this way, they create an ideal shelter for the terrace on the property, which is a place of relaxation and family gatherings. The gardens adjacent to the individual houses are smaller in size, ensuring ease of maintenance while freeing up the owners' time and care for their other activities and enjoyment of living. In this way, the houses become not only aesthetically pleasing environments to live in, but also functional and practical homes that mirror the high standards of living in every respect.
