RD ZH22
Nitrianske HrnčiarovceOn the plot there is an existing old building, which in our proposal we are demolishing and creating space for a new building. A family house that uses a conservatory as a filter from the neighbours, which has walls made of copilite. The design of the house emphasizes the use of materials that are used in the surrounding area - stone and wood. The proposed technical facilities are located underground. The ground floor is dedicated to the day area, study and guest room. 2. NP is designed as a night part for the residents of the house. The investors are a young couple who do not plan to have children in the future. Thus, the house is designed without a children's room, but in the design we have taken into account this variant. The guest room can be turned into a children's room in the future. The entrance to the house is located from the street. The entrance part, where the entrance hall with toilet and storage is located, is connected to the connecting corridor, which connects all rooms on the ground floor. Guest room, study, bathroom, stairs, day room with pantry. The upper floor is reserved purely for the owners of the family house, where their bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom is located. The interior design of the apartment is again in natural materials. Wooden frieze parquet floors with concrete walls create a raw space that will be complemented by interior accessories. The land of the house is sufficient for all the activities of the inhabitants. The ground floor is connected to the exterior via an external staircase, which is designed to serve the utility room. The staircase is located in a part of the conservatory that can be easily covered with a roof.
